Product returns

PRODUCT RETURNS – FREE

All orders have a right of return within 30 calendar days for healthy products and 60 calendar days for defective products. For returns within Greece there is no charge for transport costs, as long as they are sent with the courier company we cooperate with. For returns from abroad, the return costs are borne by the person making the return.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right to cancel an order exists in the following cases:

a) Before sending the product by sending an e-mail to customercare@ancientgreeksandals.com or by calling 2262 441187, 2262 441193 Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00.

b) After receiving the product, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 30 calendar days from the day of receiving the product.

It is clarified that in order to accept a product return, the product must be in the perfect condition received without damage and must be complete, in its original packaging. Also, the returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents you received upon receipt.

If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund, you will be refunded within 5-6 working days from the date of order cancellation, or at the latest within 14 working days in exceptional circumstances.

Shipping & cash on delivery costs are not refundable if you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal.
